This drawing captures a powerful portrait of a man drawn with charcoal. It has a feel of movement with blurry strokes of charcoal and swirling energetic lines of paint marker flowing around him. He seems to look through a haze that feels existential, almost as if he is observing the viewer from an otherworldly place. The drawing works with themes of spirituality. He is defined, yet blurry with an ethereal feel inviting the viewer to insert themselves into him or look out through his eyes.
This is a high-quality giclée print on gorgeous, matte, slightly textured, archival quality paper, Hahnemuhle German Etching 300gsm. The motif is in black and white and suitable for minimalist homes as well as eclectic and bohemian interiors.

Commission
I love to recreate drawings I have made but sold. If you are interested in commissioning a re-creation of this artwork, you can! I offer these on The Langton Watercolour paper 300gsm in size A2. The price displayed is a 10% deposit and the total price on this artwork is £350. On the basis of this deposit, I will recreate a new original charcoal artwork with the same motif. This will be similar, but not identical. A new original work in its own right. Once the recreation is done I will email you a photo - if you want to proceed then I will then charge the remaining £315 and ship the original work. If you choose not to proceed the £35 deposit will be non-refundable. Please note the artwork will be unframed. After the artwork has been sprayed with fixative it will be carefully rolled with protective tissue paper and sealed in a durable cardboard tube for this drawing to ship globally. Production time will vary depending on availability, but usually it will be created within a week. Shipping differs according to which continent you are on, but within the UK it will be an average of 2-5 days.
